SMOKING POLICY
We're a non-smoking building. Smoking is not allowed in any interior corridors, elevators, restaurant or sleeping rooms. Smoking is allowed off our balconies or anywhere outside of the building. Anyone found to be smoking inside our building or sleeping rooms will be charged $200 cleaning fee.

BALCONIES
No cooking of any kind is allowed on our balconies. Draping clothing on any balcony is prohibited. Including drying of towels and beachwear. Driers are located on the basement level.
Trash:
All garbage disposal shall be tied in bags and placed in the trash room which is located on each floor. South of the elevator.

POOL & BEACH

Pool hours are 9:00am to dusk.

No personal food/beverages are allowed in the pool / beach area

No bottles are allowed outside of the premises.

Lounges chairs from the pool may not be taken to the beach.

No personal chairs/umbrellas are allowed in pool/beach area.

Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

Children under 3 must wear swimmers/diapers in the pool.

All beach towels are given to guest as you enter the beach area by the the pool attendant. You must return the beach towels to the pool attendant as you leave or you will be billed accordingly.
Please observe the rules posted at the pool, which include showering before entering pool and removal of sunscreen.

TO OUR GUEST
Upon arriving all guest must register at the front desk. Ocean Manor Beach Resort consists of standard hotel rooms and privately own condos. All guests must abide by all rules & regulations when renting either a hotel room or a privately own condo through the hotel. Violation of rules could result in a termination of your stay.

ARRIVAL / DEPATURE TIME
Check-in time is 4:00 PM. We try to accommodate early check ins when possible. This is not standard policy and there is no guarantee for an early check in.
Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check outs will be billed by the hour. we can not guarantee a late check out if the hotel is sold out.

OCCUPANCY IS LIMITED
All of our hotel rooms and efficiencies sleep up to four (4) people.
Our 1 bedroom suite apartments sleep up to six (6)people.
Our 2 Bedrooms suites apartments sleep eight (8) people.
Our 2 bedroom penthouses sleep up to eight (8) people.
Our 4 bedroom penthouses sleep up to (sixteen) 16 people.
if more occupants are staying in your room than stated on your reservation sheet you will be asked to leave and will receive no refund. This applies to all rooms rented through the hotel.

The pool & beach towels are available at the TIKI HUT on the beach.
Beach chairs and umbrellas are available at an additional cost of $15 USD per day each.
The Coffee Shop in the lobby opens from 7:00AM to 2:00PM.
The Valet Parking is available 24/7

Open 7 days a week from 7:00AM to 2:00AM
Friday and Saturday nights until 3:00AM
